Sample Preparation

40 Tonne Hydraulic press	A Bench Mounted fully automatic Electro-Hydraulic Press for preparing powder samples for Spectrolaser and X-Ray Fluorescence Analysis. Variable up to 40 tonne capacities with see through polycarbonate safety door and interlocks. Click here for more information.
Press Die Sets	The die sets are available to suit the 40mm and 32mm sample cups used with the Spectrolaser and X-Ray Fluorescence Analysis. Other sizes are available on request. Each set includes a base plate, collar and ram all made from heat hardened K110 Steel.
38mm and 30mm Sample cups	Our sample cups are 10mm deep, straight walled, coated aluminium. The 38mm cups produce a 40mm pellet, the 30mm cups produce a 32mm pellet. Other sizes are available upon request as well as tapered cups.
Bench top ring mill	Used for pulverising rocks, soil, coal, cement, glass, limestone, bricks, wood, plant material, slags, concrete, etc. for the Spectrolaser, other instrumental methods or wet chemistry.
